Exchanges (Free within 5 days):
- Items must be unworn and have original packaging.
- Exchanges are valid for 5 days from the date of purchase.
- You can exchange for any available size of any item in our store.
How to Exchange:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange.
- Ship the unworn item with original packaging to us (return shipping cost is your responsibility). OR
- Drop off the item at our warehouse by appointment (avoid return shipping fee).

Please Note:
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
- It may take up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange after we receive the item.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a direct bank transfer or coupon code valid for 1 month on our store.
